Average turnaround is about 7–10 business days from when we receive your glove (about 10–12 for break-ins). We try to accommodate rush orders when we can, but we can’t guarantee them.
Is it worth relacing vs. buying new?
Almost always. A quality glove runs $150–$400 new — and a new glove still needs breaking in. If your leather is still sound, a $95 relace and restoration brings your glove back to game-ready for a fraction of replacement cost, and you keep a glove that’s already shaped to your hand. The only time we’ll tell you to buy new is when the leather itself is too far gone — and we’ll be honest with you about that.
